Performance
The X3 xDrive30i is powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that makes 248 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. It's paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. In Car and Driver's testing, the X3 xDrive30i went from 0 to 60 mph in 6.0 seconds. That's quick enough for most drivers, and the engine provides strong acceleration throughout the rev range.
Fuel Economy
The X3 xDrive30i is rated by the EPA to get 23 mpg in the city and 29 mpg on the highway. These are good numbers for a compact luxury SUV, and they're on par with rivals like the Audi Q5 and the Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class.
Interior
The X3's interior is one of its strongest selling points. It's well-designed and uses high-quality materials throughout. The front seats are comfortable and supportive, and there's plenty of headroom and legroom for both front and rear passengers. The cargo area is also spacious, offering 27.6 cubic feet of space behind the rear seats and 62.7 cubic feet with the seats folded down.
